Now booking Q3 system builds — two slots left.

Case file — Automation build

Reconciled to the penny.

An accounting practice was hand-keying bank statements into spreadsheets. We taught software to read them instead.

Client

East Tennessee accounting practice

The leak

Statements keyed line-by-line into spreadsheets

The build

An extractor that reads statements into clean, reconciled spreadsheets

The result

Reconciliation differences of $0.00 on live client work

The leak

Every engagement started the same way: a stack of PDF bank and credit-card statements, and hours of keying transactions into a spreadsheet before the real accounting could begin. Slow, dull, and one typo away from a reconciliation that doesn’t tie.

The build

We built an extractor that reads statements the way a person would — dates, descriptions, amounts, running balances — and outputs a clean spreadsheet that reconciles against the statement totals. It flags anything it isn’t sure about instead of guessing.

The result
$0.00
reconciliation difference on live credit-card work
— hrs
of keying eliminated per engagement
0
silent guesses — exceptions get flagged
