Now booking Q3 system builds — two slots left.

Case file — Leaving HubSpot

Too much CRM.

Enterprise software for a pickup-truck business. The fix wasn’t a bigger plan — it was the right-sized one.

Client

Small team on an enterprise CRM

The leak

Per-seat pricing and features nobody used

The build

Contacts, deals, and automations moved to one system we manage

The result

The same day-to-day, without the enterprise invoice

The leak

HubSpot is a great product for the companies it’s built for. This wasn’t one of them: a small team paying per seat, per month, for marketing hubs and reporting suites nobody opened. The parts actually used — contacts, a pipeline, a few automations — fit in a much smaller box.

The build

We mapped what the team actually touched, migrated contacts, deal history, and the automations that mattered, and retired the rest. The new system runs under our management, with email and texting folded into the same login.

The result
—%
lower CRM spend
seats no longer billed individually
1
login for CRM, email, and texting
