Privacy Policy
Plain words, kept short. Questions? Email [email protected] — a person reads it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, and your message. The site also collects standard analytics — pages visited, rough location, device type — so we know what’s useful.
How we use it
To answer you, to provide the services you asked about, and — if you opt in — to send occasional emails worth reading. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
Email practices
We only email people who asked to hear from us — someone who filled out a form on this site, signed up in person, or is a client we’re working with. We don’t buy, rent, or scrape email lists, and we don’t send cold email.
We keep a record of when and how each person opted in, so we can show it if anyone asks.
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. Unsubscribes take effect immediately and automatically — you don’t have to ask twice, and you don’t have to wait. You can also email [email protected] and we’ll remove you by hand.
If an address bounces or someone marks a message as spam, that address is suppressed permanently and automatically across our systems. We monitor bounce and complaint rates and pause sending if anything looks wrong.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we’ll only text you things worth reading. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Your number is never sold, and your opt-in is never shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Sending on behalf of clients
We build and run marketing systems for client businesses, which means we sometimes send email and texts on a client’s behalf, from their brand and their domain. In those cases the client owns the contact list and decides what gets sent; we operate the system for them under contract. We require every client to follow the same rules we do — permission-based lists only, working unsubscribe, no purchased data. If you received a message from one of our clients, the unsubscribe link in that message controls that client’s list, and it works the same way ours does.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it except with the service providers that run our tools — currently our website host, Google Analytics for site statistics, Amazon SES for email delivery, and GoHighLevel for CRM and campaigns — and only so those tools work. We never share your details for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies
We use the minimum cookies needed for the site to function and for analytics. Your browser can block them; the site still works.
How we keep it safe
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and limit access to the people who actually need it. No system is perfect, but we treat your details the way we’d want ours treated.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as you’re a client or want to hear from us, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. Records we’re required to keep — contracts, invoices, tax records — we keep for as long as the law says.
Your choices
Ask what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it, usually within a few days. The only things we can’t delete are records we’re legally required to keep, like invoices.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the bottom. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we’ll say so by email to anyone on our list.
